Not only are we hauling away your unwanted items and clearing up some free space in and around your home, we’re also breaking them down in an effort to reduce our overall carbon footprint on the environment. Below are just some of the many organizations we work with in and around Denver to make sure your junk is staying out of landfills.
“DHA’s mission is to serve the residents of Denver by developing, owning, and operating safe, decent and affordable housing in a manner that promotes thriving communities.” Outside of donating furniture and other household items to Denver residents in need, Gone For Good also donates computers and other useful electronics.
“Project C.U.R.E is the largest provider of donated medical supplies and equipment to developing countries around the world.” Gone For Good donates medical supplies including but not limited to wheelchairs, walkers, braces, and crutches.
“Free The Girls is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works to provide jobs to survivors of sex trafficking in developing countries by helping them set up micro enterprises selling bras. And, through the collection of bras in Western countries, we strive to educate people and organizations about the scourge of human trafficking worldwide.” Good For Good donates bras to Free The Girls
“Operation Gratitude annually sends 150,000+ care packages filled with snacks, entertainment, hygiene and hand-made items, plus personal letters of appreciation, to New Recruits, Veterans, First Responders, Wounded Warriors, Care Givers and to individually named U.S. Service Members deployed overseas.” Gone For Good donates cell phones and other items for care packages.
