Meet Our Newest Team Member: Faith!

At Gone For Good, we have the pleasure of working with some of the best people in the industry. Our upcoming location in Ault, Colorado has just hired its first employee- our newest Store Manager, Faith.

We thought it might be nice to share her profile interview as a change to get to know her as she begins her Gone For Good journey.

Interview Time!

Can you tell us a little about yourself?

I am a single mother of five kiddos that range from 25 to 13. My boys seems to bring attention to the store because of their height and size. All 3 of my boys are over 6'5" and all wear a size 18 shoe or above.

I'm family oriented and my children are the air that I breathe.

What brought you to Gone For Good?

This opportunity with Gone For Good seemed to be Heaven sent. It gives me the opportunity to give back to my community and help others who might be in need because I was there once also. I wanted this job very badly to be able to give my children a much brighter future.

What do you do when you aren’t working?

When I am not working I love to spend family time by going to the mountains or playing games together.

What’s your personal philosophy on "going green"?

I personally understand how important it is to go green because this world is what my children will be left with and I want better for them.

What might someone be surprised to know about you?

I think something that surprises people about me is I worked in an all male maximum security prison from the time I was 18 to 21.

(This one's just for fun): What is your favorite thrifted/upcycled item you ever owned?

The greatest item I ever had was an old cedar chest. It was an amazing piece. My grandfather ran a thrift store that I helped work in as a child and my love never went away.
